There is a nice private swimming pool (THE POOL IS AVAILABLE FROM THE 15TH OF JUNE TO THE 15TH OF SEPTEMBER) where you can spend long, sunny, summer afternoons with your family. The equipped porch allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors. The house can accommodate 8 people in 5 bedrooms. It is also possible to add 2 extra folding beds. Here you will find a spacious, quiet holiday house and pool with a classic Umbrian panoramic view. The house has large living and dining rooms, an open fireplace, and cozy bedrooms. On the ground floor you can access a covered terrace with a view of the garden and the wooded hills. An external staircase leads up to the two-story living area.

Although the Villa is situated in Umbria, it is right on the border with Tuscany which makes this the ideal location for visiting both of these popular areas. The property is self catering should you need to buy and cook meals by yourself there are grouceries nearby but a car is necessary to get it.
