The house "Casa Giulia" is situated in a stunning location about 200m above sea level in the municipality of Guardistallo, only 1 km from the centre of the village. The typical Tuscan façade consists of stone and rock. The detached cottage is deposited between olive groves, gardens and lawns, with views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint, covered small terrace, the center of life in the summer, with a dining area, sun chairs and a barbecue. The house of 55 sum is perfect for 2 person. The living area is on the ground level and goes into the kitchen. The cooking / dining area with original stone fire place is well furnished and equipped with comfort: gas-burner stove, dishwasher and fridge freezer, satellite TV and Internet / Wifi. It joins a small passage leading to the bathroom with shower cabin and bedroom with comfort double bed. A house to feel at home. Particularly for tourists who are looking for quite holidays and in the morning hours you will be touched by the clear view of the sea, but especially the vibrant colors at sunset. Dogs are allowed, fenced garden. Car park at the house.
