We propose our house with clear prices and without any hidden cost : the listed prices are inclusive of all that is available in the house. The sheets are present, the beds already prepared (except for the sofa bed where present) and for each guest three towels will be provided: one small, one medium and one large. There are no cleaning fees or any other additional costs except the tourist (city) tax. In our house pets are welcome, we have reserved a part of the garden for the private parking of the car, in the whole structure there is a wi-fi connection. In the garden we have reserved a barbecue area.
I am Gianni, together with my wife Olga and my daughter Laura we decided to rebuild on the foundations of one old house of our property a new home equipped with the latest features in terms of thermal and acustic insulation. Which would have been difficult to achieve by renovating the old house leaving the old walls. For this reason we decided to rebuild it from scratch. In this way we were able to achieve a level of comfort in line with the most recent construction parameters. The house was built in full respect of the architecture of the Ligurian houses with extensive use of stone and with the typical colors of our typical Ligurian houses. We have also equipped the house with heat pumps of last generation, extremely silent, able to ensure the ideal climate both in winter and in summer. Outside the house we have created a garden for offering to our guests the relax and the tranquility that each of us desires during the holiday periods.
The neighborhood are in a quiet area, very convenient for reaching city center, not far from sea side, but quiet and with green landscape all around .
