The apartment is very central, completely refurbished and well furnished with new furniture, on the first floor without lift. Equipped with: TV, kitchen with 4 burners, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishes and utensils, armored door, heating and air conditioned. Maximum number of 4 guests, smoking is not allowed, small pets only. Guests provide their own meals, sheets and towels are not included.
The town of Diano Marina offers many attractions in the summer, with beaches suitable for children, young people and adults, there are a lot of evening events, restaurants, bars and cinemas. Numerous outdoor activities such as windsurfing, sailing and sup (at the Club del Mare di Diano Marina), mountain biking or horseback riding, diving excursions. For those who want more tranquility, the hinterland is dotted with beautiful villages where numerous eno-gastronomic and cultural events are organized. In winter the village has a very mild climate, offers an interesting theatrical season, photographic and cultural reviews, as well as being at the right distance for excursions on the French Riviera or Sanremo.
