The surrounding garden and terrace with dining table, barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor shower are reserved only for this unit. On the ground floor, Margidore 2, adjacent to another unit, offers a garden with barbecue, dining table under an elegant gazebo, sunbeds, and a private outdoor shower. A private path will lead you directly from the property to Margidore beach, only 150 meters away. Each unit has covered and uncovered parking.
