Appartamento appena ristrutturato situato nel centro storico di un piccolo borgo ligure, al terzo ed ultimo piano. L'appartamento è stato finemente ristrutturato e arredato, con pavimenti in legno di tek (i bagni sono sono stati realizzati con la tecnica dei ponti delle barche). E' dotato di due terrazze di cui una con splendida vista sul Golfo dei Poeti e l'altra sui tetti del borgo.E' composto da una struttura principale formata da un soggiorno con angolo cottura e bagno con terrazza al piano di entrata. Al piano superiore si trova la camera matrimoniale con terrazza panoramica. Separata dalla struttura principale ma sullo stesso pianerottolo, si trova un' altra stanza singola con bagno e letto soppalcato con una splendida vista panoramica.

My area is characterized by fascinating historic villages, climbed on the hills overlooking the sea where you can enjoy beautiful views with romantic sunsets. The site is rich in suggestive places that in some cases must be conquered effortlessly because they are only accessible on foot. From our house, by car, in few minutes you can reach the villages of San Terenzo, Lerici and Tellaro, considered one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. Also, departing from Lerici by sea, you can visit Portovenere and Palmaria Island and reach the 5 Lands; In 15 minutes you will arrive at La Spezia station from where the 5 Terre trains leave.
