"CASA LA NINA" is located in Varazze, about 2 km from the Marina. Equipped with a condominium parking whose seats (eight) are freely useable. If this is already complete, there are several free parking lots along the street. The property is 400 metres from the city centre and 550 metres from the sea. The accommodation has 4 beds: a deluxe double room with air conditioning, and a room with sofa bed and smartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom consists of shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and washing machine. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed with a high mattress and a small living area. The wifi is covered in the entire accommodation to which Alexa, smart thermostat and air conditioner are connected. It also has an outdoor bike rack. Finally, the property is 2.5 km from the train station and 28 km from Genoa Airport (GOA).
A few steps from the structure you can find CONAD supermarket about 150 metres, bars, greengrocers, bakeries and express laundry. The beach is 550 metres walk from the NINA house, walkable flat. The historic centre is only 500 metres away on foot in the flat where you can find typical shops, restaurants and local bars. Varazze is famous for surfing, walks and trails in the hinterland. Also do not miss the Lungomare Europa (cycling and pedestrian path) which has a breathtaking sea view free of traffic, ideal for taking the little ones to run around safely and to be able to enjoy an aperitif at sunset; and Mount Beigua with its paths, great for a walk in the green with a view of the open sea.
