Delizioso appartamento a 50 mt dal mare per 4 persone (50 m2) situato a Martinsicuro, appena ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, con ampio balcone abitabile con meravigliosa vista sul mare. E’ situato al primo piano ed è dotato di ingresso con cucina, sala, TV, divano letto, un bagno con doccia grande (170 cm) e una camera matrimoniale. L’aria condizionata è presente sia in sala che nella camera da letto. E’ fornito di lenzuola, asciugamani, macchina del caffè, forno a microonde, lavatrice, stendino, piatti, bicchieri, posate e pentole. Il parcheggio è gratuito su strada. Il check-in sarà self tramite una cassetta di sicurezza ma siamo a disposizione via W.app per eventuali comunicazioni. Non sono ammessi animali e ricordiamo gentilmente ai nostri ospiti che è vietato fumare nell’appartamento ad eccezione degli spazi esterni. La tassa di soggiorno è di 1 euro a persona a notte fino a 7 notti da saldare in anticipo, 48h prima dell'arrivo.
