What did I like about this place? Everything! The hosts are very warm, friendly, and helpful, and their dog, Diana, is terrific! - she's friendly to other dogs and people. We were welcomed with a sweet surprise baked by the hosts. We stayed there together with my wife to work remotely. The house is well-decorated but functional and comfortable. The view from the house is of the city center and the mountains with a beautiful sunset. The location is very peaceful and quiet. There are a few paths for a nice walk with views. It's great for people with dogs. The beds are very comfortable - 7.5/10 in the mattress firmness. The pillows could be a bit better, but this is a very individual preference. The internet connection (20-30 mbit/s) was enough for both of us (20-30 mbit/s) to work remotely. Near Cagli, there are two excellent wineries with natural wines - Cantina Antonioli (~40 min drive) and Tenuta Cà Sciampagne (~30 min drive).

We booked this little house as we were doing a course in Cagli and wanted to be able to leave the city in the evenings, and it was perfect. The house is beautifully restored and appointed, and also nice and cool during a very hot spell in Italy. Everything works, the house was spotless, our hosts were charming and helpful, and even brought us a cherry tart they had made! It is a magical spot and had a wonderful table in the shade outside where we enjoyed evening drinks and breakfasts. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a retreat outside Cagli, it is quite remote and you do need a car - we had thought we could maybe walk into Cagli each day but that would not really have been possible, but with a car it didn't matter.

Eini sehr schönes Haus , geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in toller Lage. Der Gastgeber brachte uns bei der Ankunft frisch geerntete Tomaten + 1 selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Es war alles da, was man braucht und dazu noch tolle Gastgeber, was will man mehr. Wir können es nur empfehlen

Sehr hübsches und liebevoll renoviertes Haus in beinahe Alleinlage. Nur die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter wohnen nebenan. Ausstattung für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Gemütliche Betten und moderne Bäder. Küchenausstattung auch sehr modern. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, da er frei laufen konnte und willkommen war. Wir mussten auch keinen Aufpreis für ihn bezahlen. Vom Vermieter bekamen wir sogar selbstgemachten Kuchen und frische Tomaten aus dem Garten.

Siamo stati benissimo, la posizione della casa è incantevole e tranquilla. Il giardino è bellissimo e si possono fare passeggiate sulla collina nel mezzo della natura. La casa è perfetta per una famiglia, è dotata di tutti i comfort e - cosa abbastanza rara - la cucina è molto ben attrezzata. Raffaella è gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha accolto con una crostata deliziosa! Veramente un soggiorno fantastico.

Een sfeervol ingericht huis. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. We voelden ons welkom, zeker toen Stefano kort na aankomst een heerlijke zelfgebakken pruimentaart kwam brengen. Ook verrasste hij ons een aantal keren met tomaten, courgettes en 'datterini' van eigen land. Door de ligging, maar ook door de bescheiden opstelling van Stefano en Raffaella, hebben we veel privacy ervaren. Een prima locatie als vertrekpunt om (met de auto) de omgeving te verkennen.
