A few kilometers, the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno, offers you a typical beauty of the 14th century Italy: ancient palaces dominate the squares, such as the Palazzo dei Capitani in Piazza del Popolo. Enjoy the atmosphere seated in the ancient open-air cafes, symbol of the city. If you want to spend a day at the seaside, go to the discovery of San Benedetto del Tronto. Its beaches are particularly renowned for their beauty, and they have been recognized for the quality of the waters and the services they offer. There have been many historical testimonies in this area, such as the Gualtieri Tower, the Guelfa Tower, and beautiful churches built under the pontifical domination. The property was built from traditional farmhouses, restored with great charm and attention to details. The apartments all have a separate entrance for greater privacy of the guests and are designed for two, four or more people. All have a well-equipped kitchen with high quality finishes, nice furniture and terrace or loggia with barbecue area. Location, amenities, views, everything that can not really be described in words, you have to experience it. It's like a return to a time when you still know what real rest is about. The proprerty is surrounded by vineyards and is reached by a private country lane lined with a mix of cypresses, olives, mulberry trees and oaks. The apartments are close to three national parks, Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga, Maiella and the Monti Sibillini, together providing almost 3,000 sq km of uncontaminated countryside and wildlife. Views from the property take all of these parks and the mountains of Abruzzo region , Le Marche region, Umbria region and Lazio. You have a free umbrella with beach beds and bicycles, depending on the availability, on the nice Concessione beach in Grottammar

All around there are medieval small towns:Acquaviva (5km), Monteprandone (6km), Ripatransone, (8km), Offida (11km), Castignano (18km), Montalto Marche (25km) that in the past were very important with deep traditions and important history. In summer period each of them has medieval representation or jazz and opera evenings. Ascoli (30km), Norcia (80 km), Spoleto (120km),Perugia (170km), Urbino (190) are well known for their history and monuments. All around the year there are pagan and sacred festival: the Offida Offida'carnival is the worst way of life for the cholesterol , the liver and the rationality; the sanctuaries of the mountains and the ancient christian rites.
