In the Tuscan maremma, casaletto with swimming pool (mt. 4x12) - currently not usable - next to the suburb medioevale of Magliano in Tuscany (km. 4) and to the sea of the Argentario (Km. 25) with sight on the country and on the surrounding hills. The house, is situated, on a plain solo, in set apart position and calm and it has an ample parking lot. Besides the surrounding lawn and to the gazebo (with table and chairs), there is a playpen with 4 bicycles (two large and two smaller) and another spacious playpen (Length mt.3, width mt. 2 and height mt.3) for the company animals. It is surrounded by a ground of 5 hectares cultivated with the vineyard and the olive grove where you can walk and let your four-legged friends roam free. Internally it is, composed from a great stay with fireplace and kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It’s the ideal for four people but it is possible to organize other 4 places bed additional. In the garden there is also a hammock, a bench, four sun loungers and a sitting area for four people. Easy access (from the car park to the garden and to the house which only has a small step at the entrance) and dedicated external bathroom for the disabled.

La casa si trova nella campagna limitrofa al borgo medioevale di Magliano in Toscana (l'antica Heba etrusca) ed è collocata su un poggio che guarda verso il paese e le colline circostanti. Sono facilmente raggiungibili altri piccoli borghi circostanti e, a circa 10/15 Km, si possono raggiungere le spiagge della Giannella e della Feniglia nonchè le meravigliose calette dell'Argentario. Si consigliano anche escursioni al vicino Monte Amiata e Parco Naturale della Maremma. Mandatemi pure una mail per avere informazioni più dettagliate.
