This 1 bed 1 bath house enjoys peaceful stay in a small town near to the sea. This is a fully furnished and equipped, cozy house suitable for 2 people with kids. This house occupies 60 sqm and features a living room and separate kitchen both on ground level, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Two extra guests are accommodated on a sofa bed. There is air conditioning throughout. House amenities Include: -TV satellite. -Iron and ironing board -Moca coffe Machine -Travel Cot, Kid table folding chair, baby-change table. -Bed Linen and towels. -Washing machine and clothes-horse. - Fridge. - Gas boiler for heating system and hot water. At your arrival we will deliver to you the keys. If you are arriving during the night, no problem we are always available. Buses are also available to reach the main beach and nearby city of Vasto and Pescara. We provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/biscuits/pasta/tomato sauce, toilet paper, body wash, sachets and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Its 8km to the Main beach: an easy car ride among olive trees and vineyards. You will enjoy a wonderful stay tasting our wine and local goods (oil, sausages and fresh fish). This is accompanied with the sunny weather and the kindness of locals. Vasto city is nearby and famous coast of Trabocchi and Punta Aderci are 10min far by car. Buses are also available to reach the main beach and nearby city of Vasto and Pescara.
