The apartment is fresh, well furnished, comfortable and cozy. The view is breathtaking and the balcony gets sun in the afternoon. The location is perfect for skiing, right on the slope to the village and a few steps from the chair of Cielo Alto. There is however a 1k walk to get to the main street in Cervinia. The owner is helpful, always available and a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful time in this apartment.

Cervinia Apartment 2121 can be easily reached by car in 1 h 40 min from Turin Airport (121 km), 2 h 15 min from Milan Malpensa airport (182 km) or 2 h 45 min from Milan Bergamo airport (230 km). Distances are calculated via Google Maps. The red Cielo Alto - Cervinia ski slope (No. 16) is winding just by the apartment building. Nearby restaurants, small grocery store, Cielo Alto ski lift, ski-pass vendor and ski rental conveniently connect guests with Cervinia - Zermatt ski area. When hosting tourists overnight hosts in Italy must collect their guests' identifying information, including an image of their passport or national identification at the time of check in. This information must be submitted to the National Accommodations Portal (Servizio Alloggiati Polizia di Stato) within 24 hours after arrival. Cervinia Apartment 2121 is a newly redesigned 40-square-meters ski in/ski out apartment at the height of 2121 meters above mean sea level. It features modern minimalistic style furnishing and neutral earthy colour interior décor. We offer our guests a separate bedroom with full double bed (140 x 200 cm), a living room with dining area, comfortable sofa (145 x 200 cm), 49'' flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, ceramic induction hob, oven, toaster, food blender, tea kettle, DeLonghi espresso coffeemaker, Bialetti stove-top moka pot and all sorts of kitchenware) as well as a bathroom with bidet and soothing "Raindance" shower. Wide 6-square-meters balcony with outdoor furniture is facing west, so it lets truly enjoy fascinating sunsets and Alpine atmosphere. Central heating is available during November - May, while an electric portable DeLonghi heater serves its purpose well during the summer. Free WIFI, free private outdoor parking, cable TV, dedicated ski-box as well as common terrace, lounge, elevator and paid laundry / dryer service is available onsite. We kindly ask no pets and strict no smoking (including IQOS, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.) inside the apartment (if you prefer, please smoke on the balcony). For your convenience, property can provide towels and bed linen (bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers) at an additional charge of 15 EUR per person per stay. For those staying 5 or more nights one set per person is included in the reservation price.
Cervinia - Valtournenche - Zermatt ski area stretches throughout three Alpine valleys in Italy and Switzerland with The Matterhorn (Cervino) proudly standing in the very middle. It offers around 360 km of ski runs with snow coverage throughout November – May (74 km of blue runs, 227 km of red runs, 20 km of black runs and 36 km of yellow freeride trails). If you take the picturesque red Ventina piste (No. 7) from the 3480 meters of the Plateau Rosà down to Breuil-Cervinia at 2050 meters, you will eventually find yourself above the residential area of Cielo Alto which encompasses several condominiums from the 70s surrounded by the dense larch forest. This is where a truly ski in/ski out Cervinia Apartment 2121 awaits you. Cielo Alto is a quiet area, amazing ski in/ski out place in winter as well as a perfect hiking trail start in summer. Ski lift, ski pass vendor, rental as well as several restaurants and a small store are located within easy reach. Area is well connected to Breuil-Cervinia by a shuttle service which stops right in front of the condominium. You could also take a 20-minute-walk downhill on the winding Alpine road (1 km) and enjoy an incredible view of the forest, The Matterhorn and The Grandes Murailles mountains!
