Check-in (after 16.00) and check-out (before 10.00) take place at our agency in Viale Orsa Maggiore 57. Our real estate agency is open all year, during summer everyday: from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 16.00 to 19.00 on Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 16.00 to 18.00 We are always happy to help our customers with information about the apartments or activities to do in Grado and surroundings. Our agency works with buying-and-selling and holidays rental apartments all located in Grado Pineta, 4 km far from the historical town centre. We have almost one hundred apartments, suitable for every need: from small studio-apartments to big apartments with 6 beds, some that allow pets as well, some complete with air conditioning, parking place, washing machine, dishwasher and all the comforts for a total-relax-holiday. All our apartments are located max 400 m far from the beach, some of them are placed directly at the beach on the seafront of Pineta.

Property information

All our apartments Claudia are located in the houses Claudia 1, Claudia 2, Claudia 3 and Claudia 4, all 250 m far from the beach in Grado Pineta. The apartments available are studio-apartments, one-bedroom-apartments, and two-bedrooms-apartments, and they all have a living room with sleeping couch, cooking area, private bathroom and balcony. They all have air conditioning and washing machine. The bigger apartments have also a private parking place, the smaller don't, but you can park for free on the street. In some apartments pets are allowed, in some not. ATTENTION: bed-linen, towels and final cleaning not included in the price (they can be reserved separately). All the personal goods like toilet paper, napkins, sponges, detergents and foods are not present in the apartment and must be self-arranged.

Neighbourhood information

Grado Pineta is a periferical area, located 4 km far from the old town centre, to which is linked by a new and well-lighted bicycle lane. The bus stop driving between Pineta and the centre is close to the apartment. The bus leaves every 30 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive to the centre; you can buy the tickets at Café Agli Specchi. This area is peaceful and relaxed: there are no discoteques or pubs staying open until late with music. Nevertheless, all the essential services are here: supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, newsstand, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. On Sunday's mornings there is the local market in Viale Capricorno. The beach is sandy, with shallow water, perfect for children and for people wanting to sunbathe and relax. The beaches have free entrance, and for our guests it's possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas with a discounted price.
