Conte Spada Home is part of a larger architectural complex called Palazzo Persone '(owned by one of the noble historic and noble families), recently inserted by the Regional Directorate for Cultural Heritage and Landscape of Puglia among the most valuable historical monuments , to be protected and protected. Recently refurbished, it has maintained the original appearance of the forties and sixties, and has only been modernized with technical, plant and furnishing interventions with a sober, refined and at times modern taste. In our home you enter a relaxing atmosphere where guests can reflect and enjoy the well-deserved rest and the holiday climate.
I'm Maria Grazia Leuzzi and I'm part of a family that has always given prestige and professionalism in the tourist sector, first managing since the eighties the first hotel built in the Santa Maria al Bagno marina, then with other activities in Bar and restaurant sector and today with Conte Spada Home the desire of a lifetime is fulfilled. In my conception of hospitality, distraction and disorder are not contemplated, everything is measured and studied according to the needs of the guests, making the environment and services offered with high-standard hotel standards, but at the same time making the guest feel like at home.
Conte Spada Home is located in an ideal position to visit the city of Nardò, located in a street of the historic center is very close to both Piazza Salandra, the castle Acquaviva, the ancient palaces and baroque churches in Neretina. Fifty meters from the hotel is Via Roma, which embraces and surrounds the entire historic center, where parking is easily found, where it is possible to buy basic necessities and from where the main roads to the sea branch off.
