Beautiful setting, very relaxed and quiet. Great place to visit Assisi from. Rooms are simple but adequate, good shower, good bed. Nicest family ever. They are so helpful, serve great food, even brought me to Assisi and the train station by car. If you arrive by train, better take a taxi instead of a bus, as the bus leaves you at a point where you still have to walk at the side of a busy road without side lane for about 10 minutes, not really safe.

One of the best stays we ever had! The Carfagna family and their staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. We really felt like being at home. All facilities were clean, rooms spacious and the swimming pool had a stunning view. We have enjoyed locally grown food and best quality food prepared for dinner. Everything we tasted was delicious and prepared with love. We will, for sure, be coming back again! Thank you for taking so good care of us!

I arrived early and was greeted with a warm welcome, offered a cup of coffee and directed to relax by the pool, whilst my room was being prepared. The pool is fantastic the views from the property stunning and the evening meal was value for money and delicious in a beautiful location, perfect start to my holiday. What ever I asked help with the staff helped me.
