For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact on private chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. - The check-in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of euro 50.00. - The apartments of Palazzo Visconti are subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 250, this deposit will be collected at check in and released in cash on the day of departure in the absence of material damage.

A mixture of history and culture, flavors and traditions, comfort and technology, a historical journey that began in the 1930s... From the production of fine wines to hospitality here is a brief summary of Palazzo Visconti. In the early 1900s, Luigi Visconti took over a small winery and then began his own business in the city center in the 1930s. The area was lake front and as it benefited from an extraordinary view he decided to build his home there too. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production and on the upper floors he realized his dream of living in a wonderful place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building can be seen in the gallery. The renovation of the property completed in 2021 also maintained the original construction inside as far as possible. There are fine marble stairs, railings with wrought iron decorations, windows with precious and colored glass and the ceilings of the attic frescoed by artists of the time. The apartments, all strictly with spectacular views, take their name from the wines produced by the family Visconti, they are a jewel of comfort and technology. The double beds of Palazzo Visconti are equipped with a high quality Topper. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. The Chiaretto Rosa apartment stands out for the presence of a terrace for private use overlooking the square and the lake, a detail that makes this apartment the only one in the building to have this feature. The Collo Lungo, Gran Lugana and Luigi Visconti apartments have a private balcony overlooking the lake.
