Designer penthouse with ocean-view, terrace, private SPA and home cinema. Very spacious super-curated luxury spaces with top designer brands and appliances. Shared access to condo-pool, gardens and sunbeds. Direct access with a single elevator to the Portopiccolo main square, beach, marina, restaurants, and SPA (third-party outlets access subject to availability and payment). THE SPACE Stunning bright open space living area with view over the Portopiccolo resort & marina, cliffs and overlooking the Gulf of Trieste. Extra size Edra On-The-Rocks couch, 75-inch screen TV, Bose Soundsystem and modern fireplace. Lighting-up of the ethanol fireplace upon request, subject to third-party availability and extra fee. Open kitchen with Gaggenau cooktop, oven, microwave, wine cabinet, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker and Nespresso coffee machine. Large indoor and outdoor dining area. Two terraces including sunbeds, parasol, armchairs, dining area curated plants and culinary herbs in Atelier Vierkant vases. Outdoor infrared heater for colder evenings and winter. Paid access to all Portopiccolo services including (subject to availability): beach access, serviced beach areas, SPA, fitness, restaurants, pizzeria, bar, etc. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Portopiccolo is a recently developed super-sustainable resort and gated community surrounded by natural beauty on the unspoilt coast of the North Adriatic. Portopiccolo offers an enviable pedestrian playground with garages hidden in the surrounding cliffs. Portopiccolo's offer includes a five star-luxury hotel, a gourmet restaurant, a pizzeria / bistrò, several bars, as well as SPA, gym and wellness center (subject to third-party opening dates, hours and availability). The immediate surroundings include the Karst scenery with hikes, cycling trails as well as the Mitteleuropean gem of Trieste, the Miramare Castle, Duino Castle and more generally vineyards, beaches, great local cuisine and wines. GETTING AROUND Free parking available on site with a private remote-controlled garage, conveniently located at the same floor as the apartment entrance. Portopiccolo is mostly pedestrian so no car is needed, and the main square and services can be accessed from the apartment with a single elevator arriving directly to the main square. Sistiana town-centre is circa 500 meters walking distance or a 2-minutes car drive. Sightseeing landmarks such as the Miramare castle (where Princess Sissi used to live), Duino Castle, Grotta Gigante (the world's largest show cave) and the Mitteleuropean gem Trieste are only a short drive away.
