The structure consists of 3 rooms each with a specific reference to the sea: Room 1 - The Seagulls: The colors of blue and green water that distinguish it will make the guest feel like on a island whirled by waves and winds where even the objects seem to be consumed by the salad while maintaining their original elegance . Imagine lighthouse guardians. Room 2 - Starfish: The colors of the green of the sea and sand are prevalent, with every object that makes it light and elegant, making it particularly suitable for a romantic stay. Room 3 - Hippocampus: refined and rustic at the same time, seahorses swimming and woods with acrid scent of fishermen's huts. For dreamers and free spirits. Guests can also enjoy a balcony, overlooking the Guidoni Staircase, with a small table and two chairs where you can sip an open-air café. On request to be made at the time of booking you can, with a small space sacrifice, insert a third bed or a cot.
The structure overlooking typical Ligurian gardens between the houses is reachable by the Central Railway Station within a few minutes and is located on the third floor of an elegant palace between two of the city's most beautiful historic staircases (Guidoni and Cernaia) in that part of the center that has been defined as Montmartre della Spezia, the authentic heart of the city, between open-air restaurants and local restaurants. In just a few minutes you can reach the historic San Giorgio Castle and the famous Lia Museum, the quaint fish and fish market and the shopping streets that lead into the sea front and the boats to Portovenere, Lerici and the Cinque Terre. An experience that will allow guests to enjoy the best tourist and cultural features of the area, staying in an elegant and quiet location.
