This detached cottage with a breathtaking view is approximately 12 km from the seaside and 2,5 km from the village of Guardistallo, surrounding by olive trees and a beautiful countryside. The house is suitable with 150 m² for 6 persons and has been completely renovated. On the ground floor is a living room with fire place, a dining area and a walled kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. One bathroom with shower cabin, WC and bidet.
