Beautiful apartment 100 square metres, 100 metres far from the beach and a beautiful sea view from every room. The house has 2 bedrooms: Master room (with double bed) and a Guest room (a single bed down and a sofa bed). Big and well furnished living room, with sofa bed and TV LCD 46’’ with satellite connection and SKY decoder. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a big balcony that overlooks the sea (along the entire apartment). POWER The apartment offers 8 sleeping accommodations. Balcony with a view on the sea and on the bay. MOVE There is the possibility of parking your car outside the house for free. The parking lot is not private. It’s necessary to climb 4 flights of stairs (2 floors) from Via Concezione to get to the apartment and then take the condominium lift to get to the second floor where the apartment is.The apartment is 700m far from the center of Laigueglia and 2km far from the Alassio’s budello. Both the destinations can be reached on foot or by bus (line 40). The bus stop is on the Aurelia, 80m far from the apartment. The Laigueglia train station is 500m away.
WELCOME TO LAIGUEGLIA Laigueglia is one of the prettiest seaside towns in Italy. The sea and flowers scent welcomes you as soon as you arrive. Tradition, beauty and peace come together in order to create an unique and magic atmosphere. Living in Laigueglia means choosing an area of great natural and historical value. The village of Laigueglia has been recognised by the Tourism Advisory Board of the Association of Italian Municipalities as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. As soon as you arrive you are welcomed by the 16th century Saracen tower, on the beautiful and intimate beach where you can see the fishermen’s boats. In fact, Laigueglia is a sea village where fishing is still integral part of the town’s life. The beautiful Church of San Matteo is an example of the 19th century Ligurian baroque and it stands on the first hill of the town. The shopping street is called “budello”, a historical street where it’s possibile to see restaurants, pubs and beautiful small squares that overlook the sea.
