Welcome to Casa Mare Smeraldo. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building a few steps from the sea and has a large open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a private parking space in front of the property. There is also a cellar for use as bicycle storage.The house has been completely renovated and offers every comfort for an enchanting stay full of sea, sun and relaxation in the wonderful beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare. Free WI-FI. You will be welcomed by a wonderful open space living room with kitchen and the two terraces, sofa bed, dining table and TV, the two bedrooms on the left of the corridor, in front instead the two bathrooms and a private parking awaits you instead at the entrance of the property. Guests are reminded that before check-in they will be required to pay the tourist tax and to provide ID for each of the guests.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is one of the best in San Lorenzo al Mare, easy to reach both on foot and by car, also thanks to the parking space that allows you to park directly under the property, also bars, market and beaches are within walking distance in about 3 minutes. Every corner of the village is within walking distance thanks to the excellent location of the accommodation, also, thanks to the bike path you can rent bikes and reach places like, Taggia, Sanremo, Imperia etc.
