The room was clean, the whole hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. It’s close to bus stations so you can just take a quick bus (5 mins max) to Sorrento city center. It’s also located in a quite and nice area near a beach. The pool was amazing, I loved the lemon trees all over the gardens and pool. The staff were super helpful, we asked them questions and they have us the best options available to get to the amalfi coast while being cost conscious. The restaurant at night was amazing, the staff, the food, the lightning the whole experience was great! Amazing value for money! I loved the balcony in the room, everything is available and prompt. This place is a gem and I will make sure to tell others about it too!

The hotel has perfect amenities and wonderful staff. The bed was large and comfortable, choice of pillows. All very modern and clean. Marco and Daniele were truly wonderful and added so many suggestions for our trip and all of them excellent! Tasty breakfast and very accommodating. Thank you for everything!

Sant' Agnello is great to stay due to lower prices and good neighborhood and a train station. However one important thing to know is that it is 10min away by bus from Sorrento downtown where everything happens (where all the tourists go to lunch, drink, dance and shop). The bus works well but it's breaks are a bit big (20, 30 minutes) and at night they stop circulating.

The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…).
Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there.
Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

Great location, supermarket close, self contained apartment, well appointed, balcony to sit out, clothes line to hang our washing, easy access to train station, 15-20minute walk to Sorrento centre, sight seeing in Pompeii easy by train.
The location of the hotel was good, easy access to the beach, but to reach the center of Sorrento you must either walk about 20 minutes or to hire scooter/car. The hotel itself was really nice, it has a big garden with seating areas, pool and parking. The breakfast was exceptional, they always provided lots of choices and every day there was something different. The staff was lovely and hard working, always there to help you. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a room with a view of the Bay of Naples that was beautiful!!! On two of the nights of our stay, we ate in the bar since we had eaten in a restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious. We had soup and a pasta dish.
The hotel was quiet and had everything that we needed. Due to the rain, we did not spend as much time outside in the hotel gardens as we would have liked, but they were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything about this property was exceptional - it had a real boutique hotel feel to it! And the staff (Pina, in particular) were the friendliest, nicest people you could ever ask for. The rooms were gorgeous and the view from the balcony was well worth the upgrade. The bed was SO comfy. The rooftop bar is a must too. All in all, we couldn’t fault this hotel at all. You must stay here if you’re travelling to Sorrento.
I booked the room on the same day, one hour before getting to hotel. The staff was super friendly and i got the room on the spot.
The hotel premises are very well looked after, everywhere I worked was clean and tidy.
The room itself was great. Huge room, well ventilated, clean and cozy beds.
Overall an excellent stay and if I'm going back to Sorrento anytime soon, will stay with them again.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Paolo, such a professional and friendly person. He was so helpful and greeted us with a big smile. We were totally blown away with the scenic sea view and location of this hotel. We booked a sea view room and was breathtaking. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Sorrento. You will not be disappointed, you will be blown away 😊😊😊😊
We booked this hotel so that we could have a few days just relaxing at the start of our trip to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. It is was so lovely and certainly offered the opportunity to unwind. The room and our outside mini garden was lovely, as was the pool area. Pool Bar service with food through the day was great, and some lovely restaurants near by. We really didn’t want to leave!
absolutely beautiful hotel. the poolside dining was delicious. our bed was incredibly comfortable and room was spacious and clean. we had our 2 year old wish us and she slept very well in her own little bed - the roof top bar is stunning, the staff was incredibly nice and made us all feel very special! the view was incredible! can’t wait to go back!
What an amazing find. we loved everything about the hotel. the staff were always happy and eager to help. we were given great restaurant recommendations in the area. Train station very close and it was easy to get to different locations. you can walk into Sorrento but we often opted to use the train. Absolutely would come back again.
The spaces, the decoration, the aesthetics, the garden, the staff, the room size and comfort, the mattress for very nice sleep, the small private yard in front of our bedroom and the whole cozy atmosphere. it is a really nice boutique hotel with almost all details taken care to make you feel relaxed
Such a cute little hotel! Breakfast was delicious. Staff were amazing and so accommodating. They made sure we had fresh water every morning, offered us treats when we were leaving. All around wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean and can watch the sunset from our window every night.
Stayed here for a week 14th -21st August 2023 with my son. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to bus station and local supermarket. Lovely family run hotel who explained how to get around and very welcoming! Hope to return 2024 ! X Lisa & Lewis x
Location was great near city center, breakfast provided has a variety of options. The Hotel has a nice size pool, and outdoors area. The Junior Suite was beautifully renovated and was very spacious, beautiful bathrooms with a great sized shower and jacuzzi.
Brilliant view and the hotel was nice, just like the photos. Great location a 30 min walk to sorrento but nice beach and cafes etc near by. Staff were friendly
