Villa Sàrvia è situata sulle colline tra Rapallo e Camogli, luogo perfetto per esplorare la Riviera e per rilassarsi nel silenzio e la tranquillità della natura. Questa incantevole villa di recente costruzione è dotata di tutti i comfort, immersa in un grande parco verdeggiante con piscina e giardino privati. I bambini adoreranno giocare nel vasto giardino che circonda la villa, a loro disposizione troveranno campo da bocce, un calcetto, tiro a segno con freccette e ping pong. La villa è composta da un piano superiore con soggiorno, cucina a vista e bagno di servizio; dal piano superiore si accede direttamente al pergolato con tavolo da pranzo, alla terrazza con zona relax, all’area barbecue e alla piscina. Al piano inferiore troviamo 3 camere da letto tutte con accesso diretto al giardino, 2 bagni e un locale spa con bagno turco con cromoterapia e doccia. Il parcheggio privato, riservato fino a 2 vetture è adiacente alla villa. La proprietà si trova in un grande parco privato dove a distanza di circa 50 metri si trova un 'altra proprietà riservata ad altri ospiti (Villa Rumanin). Le ville non sono divise da cancelli o palizzate ma visivamente da vegetazione.

Neighbourhood information

Il paese di Camogli e quello di Rapallo si raggiungono in soli 10 minuti circa di auto. A soli 5 minuti di auto in località S.Maria c'è un piccolo supermercato, alcuni negozi di alimentari, bar e ristoranti. Per degustare un'ottima cena tipica ligure vi consigliamo l'Osteria Vecchio Mulino che si trova a soli 3 minuti di auto dalla villa. Indicazioni per gli ospiti Suggeriamo ai nostri ospiti di uscire al Casello di Rapallo e seguire le indicazioni per Santa Maria (subito dopo il casello procedere sulla destra). Dopo aver passato la frazione Santa Maria del campo prendere la via sulla vostra sinistra "Strada ai Campi da Tiro" e procedere verso L'osteria Vecchio Mulino. La strada che porta alla villa, circa 200m (in condivisione con sole altre 2 proprietà) è a un' unica carreggiata e un po' ripida, l'ultimo tratto di circa 30 metri è sterrato ma in ottimo stato. È una strada assolutamente fruibile da ogni guidatore esperto e non, ma per correttezza preferiamo segnalare questo dettaglio.
