The B&B is family run and has 4 double rooms available for the guests. The owners live in the house as well and are pleased to help the guests with information and tips about the area. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, please note this is not a hotel and all the rooms are different. The owner is a sculptor and you can see his artwork everywhere in the house. The property is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, just a short drive from the beautiful towns of Cortona, Montepulciano and lake Trasimeno. A small village is just one km away, with a convenient store and a bar.

Antonella and Massimo has been living in this wonderful part o Tuscany for many years, after leaving the big city of Rome, and have made their dream come true here. They like to share with the guests their love for this area and the art, the history, the nature that are in it.
