My name is Milena and I am the owner of Il Nido di Giulia. I was born and grew up in the medieval village of Badia a Ruoti, in the municipality of Bucine (Arezzo, Tuscany). After studying foreign languages at school I entered the hotel and tourism trade where I gained direct experience working in the field. It is important for me always to have new objectives which I pursue with great enthusiasm. My first career experience was in a hotel in Chianti, where I acquired excellent knowledge of tourist services and hospitality and where, above all, I became an expert in the “good life” of Tuscany, thanks to my interest in local traditions, food and wine. I like cooking, my home and, above all, sharing my pleasures with my family and friends. My greatest satisfaction occurred eight years ago, when I moved to one of Tuscany’s most attractive areas, the Crete Senesi, now a photographic park, the land of fragrant pecorino cheese and priceless white truffles … . I have always endeavoured to share the experience of traditions as a moment of joy, of liberation, a way to “live” culture. Enjoy an extraordinary experience in Tuscany!
