Air condition exist only in one bedroom in each appartment. In duplex appartment (75 m2) both rooms has ceiling fans and one of the rooms has even air condition. Apartment 150m2 located on 3 levels and almost all rooms / except one / have access to a veranda or garden. All rooms has Sea, mountain, or garden view. The fish jumps out of the water right by the veranda and the crabs look at you from the water (( The sandy beach is 300 meters from the house. There are several restaurants, coffe shops and a pharmacy nearby.
Sybaris is a famous touristic destination for the Nautical Center “Laghi di Sibari” which hosts the National Museum of Sybaris. Its lagoon is an example of land requalification in harmony with nature. The Sybaris Lakes are home to over two thousand boats and are among the largest touristic centres of the Mediterranean sea. The seaport includes equipment and touristic services, harbour and commercial services, residences and hotels scattered along the docks with glittering mirrors of water.
