La Casa di Costanza is a newly renovated apartment located 300 meters from the junction for the Valtournenche lifts and a few meters from the ski bus stop. It is divided into two levels: on the lower floor there is the entrance, the living room with sofa bed, fireplace, smart TV and a very nice terrace which in summer is equipped with table and chairs; a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob and a laundry area with washer-dryer. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with bunk bed and balcony and a bathroom with shower. The flooring throughout the house is wooden.
HI! My name is Lavinia and I am a mountain lover. I fell in love with these places, magical in both winter and summer. I renovated this apartment thinking about the needs of a family, to make the holiday as relaxing as possible and make my guests feel as if they were at home. Let me know your needs and I will do everything to satisfy you!
Evette is the most exclusive area of Valtournenche. The house is located just 300 meters away. from the junction for the lifts and has the convenience of having the ski bus stop practically under the house. There is a restaurant in front of the apartment and a hotel very close by, which is convenient if you have a lot of people. In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Valtournenche where there are supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies and restaurants.
