The apartment was once the stable of the Baron De Meis a wealthy local man who lived in the building that is in front of my house and it's been uninhabited for 50 years. I live in this house since 2009. When someone comes, I leave the entire apartment at the disposal of my guests.
My name si Graziano, I am 41. I have a degree in Philosophy and work in a company in the area. I like going to the mountains, I know many trail and I am available to provide informations to those wishing to go trekking in the beautiful parks that are within walking distance from Sulmona. I love reading, music and watching movies of all genres. This is why my house is full of books, CDs and DVDs that I put at the disposal of my guests.
The house is located in the historical center of Sulmona, a short walk from the main street. The area is very quiet. As with all the historical center of Sulmona, you can not reach the apartment at certain times during the day, but there is an ample and completely free parking at about 50 metres from the apartment.
