The central location, the beauty of the panorama, the spaciousness of the environments, the high class of the interior design, La Dolce Vita is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday dedicated to well being in every season and is the starting point for any excursion, whether by land or by sea, to discover and admire the incomparable beauty of the Amalfi Coast: Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Caserta, Paestum. La Dolce Vita Ravello is situated about 10 m from the Oscar Niemeyer Auditorium and about 250 m from Ravello's central square. It's a pleasant walk where is possible to admire the serenity and beauty of the Amalfi Coast. Bus stop (leaves every hour for Amalfi) to 150m. From Amalfi there are buses and boats to Positano, Salerno, Sorrento, Napoli. Shops, restaurants and bars to 150m. Neighborhood beaches: Castiglione to 4 km, Amalfi to 6 km, Minori, by footpath, about 20 min.

Ravello is known as the city of music. It is situated about 5 km from Amalfi and dominates the entire Amalfi Coast from high up in the mountains. It has wonderful medieval villas where classical music concerts and cultural events are held. Ravello has always been a high class tourist destination for those looking for tranquillity. You can sit and relax at one of the many bars in the main square and admire the stunning views and the Duomo. Ravello also boasts a wide variety of restaurants and pizzerias which offer the best in traditional local cuisine. Ravello has served historically as a destination for artists, musicians, and writers, including Giovanni Boccaccio, Richard Wagner, Edvard Grieg, M. C. Escher, Virginia Woolf, Greta Garbo, Gore Vidal, André Gide, Joan Mirò, Truman Capote, Jacqueline Kennedy and many others... Main sights in Ravello, walking distance: In 1996, Ravello was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site The Duomo(Cathedral) of Ravello was created in 1272 Villa Cimbrone is famous for its "Terrace of the Infinite" The church of San Giovanni del Toro (Saint John of the Bull) is dating to before the year 1000 The Auditorium is a project of Niemeyer arch.
