Everything, Marina was really helpful and accommodating. Helped us with all the recommendations and the room is so well decorated, it has an ocean theme. Flawless stay I would stay.

Great location, really close to the train station and 10 minutes away from the city center (walking). About 15-20 min walk to the port, where we took the ferry to Cinque Terre. The room was very clean and pretty (sea themed) and the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed. We also had a coffee machine in the room and some sweets, which we really enjoyed :) Marina, the host, was extremely kind, helpful, friendly and gave us a lot of good advice and recommendations (and even a city map). Would definitely recommend!

The lady who greeted us was joyfull and very helpfull, we were allowed to check in early, tgere was coffy machine in room and some snacks for us. Marina greeted us warmly and was extremely helpful with information/answering all our questions. The location was close to the train station but also an easy walk to shops and restaurants and not too far to the port for boats to Cinque Terre or Gulf of Poets. We liked the room and the bathroom and the coffee machine was handy.

The property is right at the train station and only a 20mins walk from the harbour: a fantastic location to explore the Cinque Terre, La Spezia and Porto Venere. Our room was big with air conditioning, tea making facilities, fridge, extra chairs and very comfy beds. There is an ironing board and iron. The bathroom was super clean and equipped with everything you need. Marina is a great host, always ready to help and advise, friendly and enthusiastic.
