it should be noted that the structure is a guest house. There is NO kitchen, breakfast is not included nor daily room making. We are not a hotel but private hosts, therefore there is no concierge, therefore the deposit of luggage in advance or the collection late is at the discretion of the structure, subject to availability and for a fee. The cost is euros 5 per bag and for each deposit. The first set of towels and sheets is provided. The change on request costs 5 euros for towels and 5 euros for sheets Check in and check out times must be respected. Arrivals and departures at different times are subject to payment and availability. The property has 2 bedrooms so the other bedroom can be occupied by other people. The entrance corridor is a shared passage. The lift is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. The bathroom of the double room is very small (see photo) and low. people taller than 1.75 meters have difficulty. As private hosts, therefore not VAT holders, we cannot issue an invoice.
The structure is a small attic in the historic center, with only 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, both with private bathroom. The location is very convenient because in the area you can find everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, a fruit and vegetable market, ATMs, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. The train station to reach the 5 lands is about 10 minutes away on foot, as is the pier where the boats leave. Under the structure there is a bus stop to reach other beautiful seaside resorts.
