In 2015 I took over the bed and breakfast from my parents and made it a cozy residence with nice apartments for 2-4 people. All apartments are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor and have either a winter garden or balcony. Particular emphasis was placed on a mix of traditional Tyrolean style mixed with Italian elements during the renovation and furnishing. Both the host family and many of the guests enjoy the lovingly designed outdoor area with sunny panoramic terrace, the cozy wine arbor with small garden and the casual atmosphere. Oleander, citrus fruits and herbs convey the appropriate Mediterranean flair in the outdoor area. The inviting winter garden and the panoramic terrace invite friendly families and couples to a cozy get-together. Due to the strategically advantageous location of the house, all distances are short: a nice, small bakery and butcher shop are located in 200 mt. Distance, the nearest supermarket in 300mt distance, to the historic village center you need 7 minutes on foot. By car you can reach Lake Kaltern in 7 minutes, Bolzano in about 15 min.

I was born and raised in Kaltern. But through the encounters and the nice conversations with my guests, I got to know our beautiful wine village anew. In the meantime I love to work out a great holiday programme with regular guests as well as with "newcomers". News or insider tips: the right suggestion at the right time usually helps my guests feel comfortable and get to know our beautiful country even better. Since summer 2022 we have a new family member: our mongrel dog Pepsi - one heart and one soul with my daughter Annie :-)

Our guests appreciate the central location, which allows them to leave their car at home during their entire stay. Either on foot, by bike or by public transport, nearby and more distant destinations can be reached without stress. Our guests receive the guest card for the duration of their stay, with which they can use all public transport within the whole of South Tyrol free of charge.
