Property information

A charming loft full of light and colour with six arched windows and two large terraces overlooking the calm waters of the Gulf of Poets. A large double room with wardrobe table and sofa; a little kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker, electric and microwave oven; a bathroom with window, shower, washbasin and toilet. A spectacular view, and the convenience of being in the center of the village make it unique. This means having quietly within reach bars, restaurants, grocery stores, a laundromat, a bank, a bus stop for Portovenere (3 km) and La Spezia (10 Km), The one of the summer ferry for Portovenere and Palmaria island. In front of the house in addition to the two gardens, there are two small beaches and the possibility to rent rafts. To organize better your excursions to the 5 lands and the other villages overlooking the Gulf, we have placed at your disposal timetables of trains and boats, and the Wi-fi service allowing you to download free information by Internet. I remind you that there is no in the building and the apartment is on fourth floor, suitable for those who love keep fit even on vacation.

Neighbourhood information

In the small, quiet village of Le Grazie, in addition to the lovely marina, where prestigious classic yachts are often moored, you can visit the archaeological area of Varignano with the remains of an ancient Roman villa. In the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Grace you can admire the 1400 and 1500 frescoes. Portovenere is a wonderful and not be missed village at 3 km. In it there are beaches, cliffs and a taxi service on water. From it boat trips depart to visit the Cinque Terre , the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto and in summer Portofino too. The persons who prefer travelling by land at a few meters from the house there is the bus stop for La Spezia, from here the trains stopping at every village of the 5 lands leave. In La Spezia do not miss the naval museum. Opposite the Gulf the villages of Lerici San Terenzo and Tellaro deserve an excursion. If you are still an available day, you can reach Genova and its wonderful aquarium from La Spezia in a little more than an hour. For lovers of trekking or climbing in Park of Portovenere there is an important rock-climbing practice wall and the whole area, included the island of Palmaria, is crossed by paths.
