Property information

CITRA: 011016-LT-0591. An ancient stone "House-tower", narrow and high as the tradition of the Ligurian villages. It develops vertically on 4 floors, connected by a characteristic marble staircase and iron railing. The interiors are original and characterized by furnishings, books and antique paintings, from one of the two rooms you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Lerici. In front of the property there is a small patio, is located next to the pedestrian passage of the small village but is for the exclusive use of customers, and equipped with marble table, chairs and outdoor lighting. To access the property follow the signs for the village of Pugliola, just before the square bar on the right, there is public parking for a fee (250 meters from the property) Daily 7,00 Euro - Weekly 35,00 Euro, for payment you can use the app "Easypark" or ask for information from us for weekly subscriptions. From the public car park it is necessary to walk about 250 meters (with a part uphill) to reach the property.

Neighbourhood information

The village of Pugliola appeals to our guests for its tranquility, its location between hills and sea and the proximity to places of interest. Lerici and S.Terenzo, can be reached on foot through a 15/20 minute route (downhill - uphill) or by car in a few minutes reaching the parking lot "La Vallata". From the square of the village there is also a bus service that connects Pugliola with Lerici and San Terenzo. Ferries to the 5 Terre, Portovenere, the island of Palmaria, depart frequently from the port of Lerici, the beach of Baia Blu can be reached by car in a few minutes or by bus, The city of La Spezia with its center and its premises can be reached with 10 minutes by car through the tunnels. Other beautiful places to drive are: The villages of Montemarcello, La Serra, Ameglia, Castelnuovo, Ortonovo. The ancient territory of Lunigiana , the marble quarries of Carrara, the Apuan Alps, the medieval city of Sarzana with its workshops and events related to handicrafts. In Pugliola, from 2021, you can visit the good FAI of "Villa Rezzola" All the outdoor is practicable: MTB, trekking, diving, running, canoeing.
