It was a wonderful place, the view from the garden is amazing. All the things inside the house are high quality and all is new. Paolo was a perfect host, he helped us in everything we need. He catched up from the bus stop when we arrived and when we left. Definetly I would like to return here.

Comfortable newly renovated apartment located in a quiet area of Riva del Garda just ten minutes walk from the lake. Ideal for both couples and families, the property boasts close proximity to the beach and only a ten minute walk away is the main tourist street with restaurants, bars, shops and a shopping center. The apartment has private parking and garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher and an induction hob. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently renovated two-storey building. It is well above the average size of the holiday flats in the area with more than 50 square meters. With private parking and garden, the accommodation has air conditioning, WIFI connection, a spacious living room with satellite TV and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge with freezer, multifunction electric oven, dishwasher, induction hob and the main utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the bedroom has a double bed, a bunk bed and an additional bed for infants upon request. Bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay. During your stay you can enjoy a garden for the exclusive use of the apartment and a common playground.
I am available all day for any information on places to visit, restaurants, clubs and sporting activities.
The property is located in a beautiful quiet area of Riva del Garda (called Brione), sunny and breezy thanks to the freshness of the wind (called Òra) blowing in the warmer afternoons. By day you can easily reach the beaches of Lake Garda, visit the city and the nearby villages or go hiking or cycling thanks to the many trails and bycycle lanes. In the evening you can also reach on foot many restaurants, ice cream shop, bars and clubs on the lake and in the center. The property is located in the Brione area of Riva del Garda and is 20 meters from the urban bus stop that connects the area to the center of Riva del Garda as well as to the neighboring towns of Torbole (small tourist resort on the lake), Arco (where you can visit the historical center and the castle) and Varone (where the famous waterfalls are located).
