Le 4 Perle Apartments offers air-conditioned apartments near the historic center of Avola and a short distance from the beach.Each apartment has tiled floors, a flat-screen TV and satellite reception, a fridge, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a private bathroom with a shower and free wifi internet access. The building, dating back to the early 1900s and just renovated, still preserves various characteristic elements of the time such as high vaulted ceilings and large windows. Each apartment has an independent entrance, while the entrance to the building is common. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 65 km from the property. Avola is a great choice for travelers interested in discovering this corner of Sicily and its architectural and natural beauty. The attentive and friendly staff will be on hand to provide you with all the necessary tourist information.

The property is located in the heart of Avola, a seaside city in the south-east cost of Sicily. In the near vicinity, there are supermarkets, bars, shops, pharmacies, restaurants, within walking distance. The beach is just 10 minutes walking (1 kilometer away) and it is located in Borgo Marinaro, a seaside area, symbol of the city, that preserves ruins of an ancient building. In the summer the Borgo Marinaro becomes a pedestrian area, with a magic atmosphere. Old fishermen warehouses now transformed into shops of local products, typical restaurants, seafront drink bars, make this place unique . The city of Avola offers frequent events, various beaches and seaside promenades. Various interesting places are a few kilometers away from Avola. The tourist city of Noto, Unesco heritage is 8 kilometers away, known throughout the world for the excellent preservation of the Sicilian Baroque. Syracuse and in particular the island of Ortigia is only 25 kilometers away, another place full of history, art, culture and multiple interesting places.
