Each of the mansions there is a discreet elegance where the beauty of time shines undisputed, where every detail expresses the love for art and culture. Finally, to thank you for your trust, we will open the doors of the most suggestive place of the Palazzo Vinci Gigliucci, the Piano Nobile, once inhabited by the patricians of this illustrious family. In this place full of charm it seems that time stopped, everything remained as in the nineteenth century when it was inhabited by the lords Vinci gigliucci; frescoes , mirrors and works of great historical value are ready to open up before your eyes bringing you back in a blink of an eye to a distant past that you will hardly forget. "Le stanze della Contessa" was originally the place where the Countess of the noble Vinci Gigliucci family spent her time. It has been restored to be a luxury apartment on 3 floors. A venue full of charm and elegance where the 18th-century frescoes have been restored and still today make it one of the most beautiful accommodations in the city of Fermo. If you love art you will be amazed. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, a large kitchen and an elegant living room.

Neighbourhood information

Palazzo Vinci is located in the very heart of Fermo close to many historical sites and attractions. The old town of Fermo is bordered by 14th century walls of the Sforza era with gates and towers. The access gates which are still visible are those ones dedicated to St. Anthony, St. Catherine and St. Julian. The heart of the town is the main square Piazza del Popolo, enclosed between two large row of lodges, one of the most evocative spots in Fermo. Here it is located the Palazzo dei Priori, the representative office of the Municipality, the art gallery and the Piceno Archaeological Museum. The Art Gallery preserves works ranging from the Middle Ages until the nineteenth century, including works by artists from Marche. The Archaeological Museum instead exposes findings of the pre-Roman Fermo, including belts, urns and picena vintage jewellery. Inside the building you’ll find the Globe Hall entirely decorated in walnut wood, which houses the municipal library, one of the richest of Le Marche region and in the top ten of Italy. Fermo is rich in churches, the most famous one is undoubtedly the Cathedral or Duomo of Fermo dedicated to the Assumption.
