Founded in 2018 with the vision of vacation properties in perfection, our family business started a fulfilling journey with our first project, our “Casa Salvatore” in San Zeno di Montagna, the balcony of Lake Garda. San Zeno die Montagna captured my heart immediately when I first visited this energizing place. Our luxury waterfront holiday accommodation is a zero-energy home with photovoltaic panels on the roof, which are powerful enough to power the entire residence. The latest air conditioning technology provides environmentally friendly cooling. Underfloor cooling with integrated ceiling fans keeps rooms cool and replaces conventional air conditioning with state-of-the-art technology. Would you like to cool down and sunbathe? Use our heated salt water pool at any time and enjoy the indescribable view of the lake and mountains. Bathrobes and bath towels from Salvatore Home are also available here. The spacious, fully air-conditioned living room with open kitchen invites you to spend relaxing hours with your family and friends. In addition, the living room features a 65-inch flat-screen TV incl. BOSE Surround Sound System. Our Salvatore Home - Residence Porto Nuovo is equipped with high-speed internet throughout the accommodation as well as a Bose sound system and satellite TV with support for e.g. Amazon Prime. Both bedrooms have their own 43-inch flat screen TV.
