Our stay was a truly unique experience, starting with staying overnight in a real "Trulli home". The personal care of all, especially the hostess, Giovanella, ensured that we lacked for nothing. She enriched our breakfast with alternating homemade bread, pastries and jams, and our vegetarian wishes were met with an overwhelming choice of delicacies. Very pleasant was the helpful information we received and also the conversations we could have about the neighbourhood, about nature, gardening and about daily life. A wonderfully relaxing area. From the masseria, trips (by car) were easy to do, for example to Bari, Trani, Aleberobello, Locorotondo, Taranto and Ostuni. When we come again we will take more time so that we can also enjoy Giovanelle's cooking.

This is an oasis of peace and beauty with an exceptional host. The location between Martina Franca and Locorotondo is perfect for exploring those towns as well as Alberobello, Monopoli, and a day on the beach. Don't worry about finding good restaurants -- come back after a day of exploring and let Giovanella prepare you dinner on the patio -- one of the most delicious experiences I've had in over 20 years of traveling in Italy.

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance de toute la famille : Jeannette, Giuseppe, Susanne, Albus e Hagrid ! un excellent petit déjeuner, différent chaque jour, avec des spécialités locales et des produits frais, maison et Bio !! Le tout servi par la délicieuse et pétillante Suzanne, qui par ailleurs n’est pas avare en anecdotes, boutades et conseils avisés !!!!! un vrai plaisir, So British ! De plus, Suzanne est toujours disponible et aux petits soins… Nous ne pouvons donc que recommander très fortement cette Masseria pour quiconque veut découvrir cette sublime région que sont les Pouilles.

La Masseria Battaglini è un posto incantevole gestito da persone straordinarie. Un luogo dov’è possibile rilassarsi e ritrovarsi. Giovannela e Giuseppe sono dei super host! gentili, sempre disponibili e mai invadenti! Ci hanno accolto è fatto sentire in famiglia. Siamo felici di aver avuto l’occasione di alloggiare presso la loro struttura e di averli conosciuti. In masseria inoltre siamo stati coccolati da due fantastiche persone dello Staff, Susanna e Rosa, che ringraziamo tanto. In fine, ma non meno importante, Giovannella è uno chef eccezionale e ci ha permesso di provare piatti tipici del luogo preparati con materie prime super genuine!

Die Masseria ist fantastisch gelegen, freistehend, umgeben von Feldern und Olivenhainen. Wir verbrachten unseren Aufenthalt im gut ausgestatteten, authentischen Trullo, der sehr viel Platz und auch sonst alles bietet, was man sich wünscht. Die herzlichen Gastgeber geben einem sofort das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein, haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflüge und sind auch sonst stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Gleiches gilt für die beiden Angestellten, die gerne individuelle Wünsche erfüllen. Das Frühstück ist einmalig: jeden Tag individuell, mit überwiegend selbstgebackenen- und hergestellten Köstlichkeiten, ausschließlich mit Produkten der Masseria oder lokalen Anbietern. Wir haben uns jeden Tag aufs Neue auf das tolle Frühstück gefreut. Für Paare oder auch Familien absolut empfehelnswert!
