Great location, just a short walk from central Forio but feels more secluded than it actually is. Lovely terrace, great for an aperativo. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, washing machine was a really useful bonus. Umberto was a really helpful host, very responsive over WhatsApp and lent us a parasol for the beach which was a real life saver. Would definitely recommend

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet garden, but a few steps from the center and the beach. The room is really nice and clean, the facilities great - new bathroom, comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with all you need. Umberto was a great host, very helpful and kind.

It was an amazing stay, the apartment freshly cleaned, immaculate and has everything that you need, plus a huge private garden with sea view. A short walk to different bus stops, shops, restaurants, the port and several options for the beaches. Right from the start Umberto was amazingly helpful, picking us up in the rain, showing us everything about the apartment. Anytime we had any queries he got back to us instantly. When we struggled due to a sudden injury, Umberto took us to the port and organised special assistance with the ferry company. Without his help we wouldn't have made our flight. Thank you Umberto for everything and we hope to see you again next summer!!

L’accoglienza di Umberto è stata fantastica. Sempre presente durante il nostro soggiorno. La casa è pulita e ha tutto il necessario per passare dei giorni a Ischia, dello spazio fuori molto piacevole, ed è situata in una posizione strategica a Forio, in quanto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro e ai mezzi pubblici.

Sensazionale l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host. La giusta dimensione nel contesto ischitano per un soggiorno da replicare.

Umberto und sein Vater Giuseppe waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Die Wohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer und Bad war gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war mit zahlreichen Getränken als Gastgeschenk sehr gut bestückt. Die Außenanlage war großzügig mit Sonnenschirmen, Stühlen, Liegen und Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Vom Schlafzimmer führte eine Glastür zu der seitlichen schmalen Terasse mit Meerblick. Umberto holte und vom Hafen in Tokio bei Ankunft ab und brachte und auch bei der Abreise zum Hafen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und können Mati Maison bedenkenlos empfehlen.
