si trova sul mare a cui si accede tramite una scala , ha un comodo parcheggio privato, ampie terrazze , ed una veranda sul mare che sembra il ponte di una nave. C'e' molto verde e la natura ha il sopravvento ovunque anche con la presenza di una colonia di gatti che gironzolano attorno e che sono curati dai proprietari della struttura. la spiaggia e' lunghissima ed e' sconosciuta al turismo di massa , motivo per cui e' il massimo per il relax. Siamo a meta' strada tra Agrigento e Catania e Siracusa , facilmente raggiungibili per essere visitate. Ospitiamo da pochi giorni la mostra "Ulisse in sicilia " nella vicina citta' di Gela, una occasione per conoscere meglio la magna grecia fiorita sulle coste sicule. Manfria e' tra l'altro molto frequentata per gli sport velici, kitsurf, windsurf , ecc...A poche centinaia di metri direttamente dal mare , si puo' facilmente arrivare alla costa della torre di Manfria , un angolo paradisiaco e bellissimo. Pur non essendo una struttura di lusso , il luogo la rende uno dei migliori siti per godere il mare e la natura in tutta tranquillita'.
io e la mia compagna accudiamo una colonia di gatti e cerchiamo di finanziarci ospitando turisti, consapevoli della bellezza del posto situato sul mare . Non offriamo lusso ma la bellezza della natura che ci circonda con tutti i confort necessari. La spiaggia e' a degrado lento ,ottimo per famiglie , la sabbia e' dorata e gradevole in ogni aspetto, si estende per chilometri e poco frequentata dal turismo di massa. Zona ventilata e ottima per windsurf o kitsurf , a poca distanza e' possibile trovare istruttore e attrezzatura. La spiaggia si presta alla pesca con la canna da lancio.
molto vicino si trovano bar restaurant e tutto cio' che puo' servire ai residenti. Da non perdere la mostra " Ulisse in sicilia " aperta da poco con reperti dell'unica nave triremi Greca mai ritrovata nel mondo. A soli 60 km si puo' visitare la famosa valle dei templi di Agrigento, e a 70 km la Scala dei Turchi . A 130 km si trova l'ETNA famoso vulcano piu' alto in europa . Catania a 100 km e Palermo a 180 km . la citta' di Licata a 30 km offre un porto turistico moderno e si trovano molti ristoranti con menu'a base di pesce molto buoni. Dimenticavo le Mura Timolontee , unico esempio di fortificazioni Greche ancora intatte .
