Cozy and charming apartment located in the center of Montecatini Terme. The apartment consists of 1 spacious bedroom with Queen Size bed, equipped with a spacious wardrobe with the presence of an iron and a dedicated board. The living room, which represents the heart of the apartment, is a real gem, very bright and welcoming. There is a wooden table with related chairs. An easy-to-open and very comfortable sofa bed with mattress. A work area equipped with a desk and Wi-Fi router. Thanks to an LG Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc .. you can spend an evening full of entertainment. The bathroom with window, bright. Equipped with shower cabin, bathroom fixtures and courtesy kit with shower-shampoo and hand soap. In addition to appliances such as hairdryer and washing machine. The independent kitchen with window, equipped with oven and a microwave, various kitchen utensils, Bialetti coffee machine, electric kettle and mini-bar. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets available. Everything you need to make your stay perfect.
The apartment is located in the center of the town of Montecatini Terme. Overlooks Corso Roma, one of the two main streets of the city. From Maison M&V it is possible to easily reach on foot, in no more than 10 minutes, the spas, the pine forest, the central square, the station and the historic funicular that allows you to reach the medieval village of Montecatini Alto.
