Niria Home is a great place in Catania, I would say an island of paradise in this city. Lovely and cozy home, which has everything you could need in everyday life. The amazing view on the sea adds more to the charm of the place. Since we had access to the terrace, we could enjoy this beautiful sea view. Niria Home is located in a nice and peaceful place, exactly next to the beach with black sand. Andrea is the most wonderful and responsive host that I've ever met. I am happy that Niria Home was our choice. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Niria Home. Everything is as you can see in the pictures and with great host Andrea as a bonus:) You have a public beach accross the street, you have private roof when you can rest after swimming in the sea, AC in the living room and bedroom is working nicely and quietly, bus station to the city center is in walking distance, same as nice grocery store and several restaurants and if you rent a car you can park nearby and see the car from kitchen window.

The owner was realy kind and I have never meet somebody with such hospitality. He was here for us everytime. The appartment is comfortable and we had everything, we wandted there. We had a beach just right in front of apartment. We are very satisfied.

The apartment has a great view to the front sea, it is easy to park in the nearby (free parking) and it is comfortably furnished. All that is needed is there and anyway the owner is attentive and present if required. We especially appreciated the many coffee capsules and the balcony with fantastic view. Around there are restaurants and bars, it is a lively atmosphere we much appreciated.

Gorgeous house right by the sea, fantastic views of sunset as you sit at the balcony. Andrea (the host) was really helpful, friendly and sweet, left us coffee and food in the house even though he didn’t have to. We absolutely love this house. Will recommend to anyone.

The apartment is noble, recently renovated, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Mr. Andrea is a very kind and friendly owner, always helpful when you need. Andrea, der Eigentümer der Wohnung, hat auf uns gewartet und uns mit Prosecco begrüßt und das, obwohl wir erst sehr spät angereist sind. So herzlich sind wir noch nie irgendwo empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen entspannten Urlaub gebraucht wird. Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Andrea ist immer ansprechbar und kümmert sich rührend um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste. Top!!!!!☀️ Danke Andrea!

Nous tenons a remercier Andrea pour son accueil chaleureux et humain. Son appartement se situe un peu à l'écart de la ville, très facile d'accès et sur la côte avec de délicieux restaurants. Il est très spacieux, compartimenté pour chacune de ses pièces. Il y a une très belle hauteur sous plafond et la terrasse (donnant de l'appartement) est magique pour le café au réveil. Cerise sur le gateau, un accès privé a un roof top confortable directement avec vue sur la mer : pour bronzer au soleil et profiter du calme des étoiles la nuit. Impeccable en terme de rangement et propreté tout est niquel. Les photos ne reflétent pas assez ce superbe appartement et devient une vrai belle surprise a l'arrivée. Je souligne a nouveau l'accueil d'Andrea qui a été vraiment sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue. Je vous recommande chaudement cet appartement pour visiter la ville de Catane et découvrir la Sicile. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
