We had a warm welcome. Handover of keys was simple. The appartement is very huge. We stayed two nights. Great advantage was that the sea is just 3 minutes to go. Bari center is very crowded, but lovely and good food as everywhere in Puglia (Apulien). The Palazzo Zippitelli is a renovated old building with a personal charm.

A wonderful apartment that allows walking access to all the attractions of the Bari. The neighborhood is nice and it's 1 step from the Promenade. It is very important that access to the apartment is easy and there is no time limit or long and complicated access instructions. Leonardo is extremely attentive, caring and helpful, who is available to his guests. There is a supermarket and pleasant cafes in the square in front of the building. We would come back to the same place again.

It's a very nice apartment in a beautiful villa in the centre of Bari, near the promanade. Everything was nice, clean. We can recommend it! There are many restaurants and cafés in the surrounding.
