The holiday apartments of Residenza Silvana are located in the historic center of Suna. “Cielo” and “Giardino” are on the ground floor of the residential building while the others are arranged on the three floors above. Private car parks are located in the internal courtyard, all closed with an electric gate. The apartments are equipped with: internet, TV with satellite channels, clothesline, iron, induction hob, long coffee machine and Moka for Italian coffee, kettle, toaster, air conditioning, large bedroom with wardrobe. Spacious bathroom with shower. Upon request, there is a cot available for children up to 18 months or a cot up to 2 years based on availability. In the living area there is a new and comfortable sofa bed for two people. Outside there is seating where you can enjoy your favorite drink, read a book, sunbathe or eat. One apartment has a courtyard and the other a garden. Both have a small gate with independent entrance and can be locked, suitable for up to 4 people who wish to spend a holiday on Lake Maggiore. Please pay attention to the instructions for separate waste collection that you find in the apartments.

We are Loredana and Alessandro, we are married and we have lived in Verbania all our lives. We love the nature of our beautiful Lake Maggiore and do our best to welcome our guests with the utmost comfort. The position of the apartments allows direct access on foot to the Suna lakeside promenade, as well as to the characteristic bars of the area and the main services. You will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars and beaches just a few steps away, with the possibility of going to the famous SUNA BEACH with swimming pools for adults and children and adjoining beach. All directly overlooking the lake upon payment of an entrance fee. In contrast, the adjacent public beach with green lawns and trees creating pleasant shade is free with free access. On the lakeside of Suna there is also a playground for the entertainment of the little ones. In the public car park in the centre of the village of Suna (Via Contardo Ferrini) there is a charging station for electric cars. Continuing on foot along the lakeside promenade, in about 15 minutes you can reach the town of Pallanza with more beautiful gardens, restaurants and bars. There you will also find the harbour with boats to the Borromean Islands and the market on Friday mornings. If you feel like walking or cycling, continuing on the cycle path that runs along the lake, you can also reach the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto and the town of Intra where there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and the large Saturday market. In Intra there is also the ferry port to Laveno in Lombardy or to other lakeside locations.
