Located on the Lido di Ostia seafront on ground floor, this property is very bright with a 90m2 patio, recently renovated, with 3 large bedrooms and connected private bathroom, fully furnished in a modern style, with air conditioning, 32" Smart TV, free high speed pure fiber optic internet. The structure offers a paid transport service for guests throughout the Roma Capitale area.
I'm an accomplished Italian Head Chef, perfection-obsessed and recognised for an unwavering 24/7 dedication to the evolution and mastery of culinary craft. I have diverse culinary experience including Japanese/Macrobiotic, Italian/Mediterranean, Australian/Thai, vegan and gluten-free cuisine. I received professional training at Gambero Rosso School in Italy by Michelin Star Chefs: Igles Corelli, Angelo Troiani e Cristina Bowerman. Expert to work in hectic and busy environments in a confident manner with over 15 years experience in the tourism & hospitality field across the planet. I exceeded several set targets in the kitchen within numerous restaurants in Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Italy. I trained and qualified as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2020.
At 100 meters from the sea of ​​Rome, in a quiet area 650 meters from the center full of restaurants, cafes and elegant shops, we offer you a refined property, with quiet rooms equipped with every comfort and a beautiful terrace welcomed by our affable and familiar courtesy. Recently and finely renovated, our structure with independent entrance is located on the ground floor. Given the location your stay will enjoy the wonders of the center of Rome, reachable in 30 minutes by train and the relaxation of our beaches and lush pine forests such as Castelfusano, with its reserve of the president and Capocotta famous for its kilometers of white and majestic sand and Mediterranean bush. The Roma/Lido station a few meters away will allow you to reach the center of the capital in 30 minutes, with just 5 minutes (two stops) of the same train you can visit the suggestive archeological site of Ostia Antica, where the first river and sea port once stood, first wealth of the Roman empire. The new marina can be reached by public transport or with a lovely 15-minute walk on our promenade. The international airport of Rome Fiumicino L. Da Vinci is 15 minutes away by car and can be easily reached by train, bus or shuttle service.
