"Ruggero Settimo - Holiday Houses" is a structure consisting of three totally independent suites, each with private bathroom, dining / living area separated from the bedroom, laundry area with washing machine and sink, for a total of about 50 square meters for each unit. . Each accommodation has different characteristics that make them unique. All suites have their own independent entrance from the courtyard of a beautiful old building. The three units have just been renovated, furnished with new furniture and are equipped with every comfort: dining / living area with table and chairs, full kitchen, sofa bed, smart TV with streaming services (Netflix already installed and included in the price), free ultra-fast and stable Wi-Fi (with 1 giga Fastweb fiber), bedroom including linen, wardrobe and, on request, with baby bed. Bathroom complete with linen, with sink, toilet, bidet and XL shower. You will also find practical shower gel, shampoo and hand soap dispensers. All suites are air conditioned hot / cold

We are located in the most exclusive district of Catania: behind the court and Corso Italia. Both the historic center and the sea can be reached with a nice walk (about 20 minutes), alternatively it will be possible to reach them by subway or by bus, whose stops are located a few hundred meters from the hotel. It is also possible to rent bikes or scooters through the numerous sharing services located just a few steps from the hotel. There are both free and paid street parking, but it is also possible to take advantage of a garage managed by a private individual about 300 meters from the property
