The apartment is located on a first floor with an internal staircase that opens onto the garden of about 400sqm equipped with barbeque and tables for lunch or dinner outside. Night lighting. Two entrances, a condominium area with stairs and the other garden and private external staircase There are two bedrooms, 1 double (double mattress) and 1 smaller one with sofa bed (double mattress), kitchen, bathroom and hall Total capacity 4 adults Plasma TV in the living room and bedroom. Shovels on the ceiling, in the kitchen, living room and smal bedroom. Kitchen equipped with all comforts, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, water heater PRIVATE TANK OF DRINKING WATER, in Maremma very often there is no water at peak times. Free parking space outside with a large square and access to the sea by internal roads, 5 minutes on foot.
