The apartment, on the third floor without elevator, is composed of living-room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom and two large double bedrooms. The new kitchen is equipped with gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. In the lounge there is a sofa bed for two people. The apartment is very bright and looks out through a door window with railing, a small square of recent construction, equipped with benches and children's games. By a walkway turned it comes to us in Piazza San Bartolomeo.
The ATP is located in the heart of the historical center of Varazze, in the characteristic Borgo Solaro, a few meters from the sea, 3rd floor without a lift. Wide and very bright overlooking a small square with benches and children's games. Yet right in the center of the area it is quiet and peaceful. In the Borgo Solaro during the summer we organize various events and festivals, besides the traditional procession of San Bartolomeo.
